Because our items are 3D-printed and personalized specifically for you, each piece is made to order. Please double-check all spelling and customization details before submitting your order, as we cannot accept returns on items personalized with names or custom text.
Production & Shipping

Production Time: As every item is crafted on-demand, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping: We ship via Royal Mail, You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Quality Assurance
3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process. While we strive for perfection, you may notice subtle surface textures or "layer lines." These are a natural part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects. We quality-check every piece to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you.
Returns & Exchanges
